Open Opportunities
Property Manager
The Property Manager will be responsible for the on-site management of up to 60 total units, often a mix of Permanent Supportive Housing units and Affordable Housing units. These units may encompass multiple properties and geographies.
Senior Mental Health Specialist
The Senior Mental Health Specialist provide direct mental health assessment, crisis intervention, case management, and supportive services to residents, including adults and transition-age youth, working with both internal and external teams.
