Case Manager (ICMS)
The Case Manager offers intensive supportive services in a permanent supportive housing setting for individuals who have experienced chronic homelessness. This position utilizes evidenced based practices proven to be effective with tenants who have experienced homelessness and have a history of chronic health, mental health, and/or co-occurring conditions.
Co-Executive Director
The Development Associate works with the Development and Communications team to build and maintain relationships with current and prospective funders, collaborators, and the general public.
