Open Opportunities
Maintenance Worker
The Maintenance Worker reports directly to the Director of Property Management and is part of a four-person team in the Maintenance Department.
Property Manager
The Property Manager will be responsible for the on-site management of up to 60 total units, often a mix of Permanent Supportive Housing units and Affordable Housing units. These units may encompass multiple properties and geographies.
Case Manager (ICMS) — Temp
The Case Manager offers intensive supportive services in a permanent supportive housing setting for individuals who have experienced chronic homelessness. This position utilizes evidenced based practices proven to be effective with tenants who have experienced homelessness and have a history of chronic health, mental health, and/or co-occurring conditions.
Program Manager
The Program Manager oversees and supervises the team offering intensive and supportive case management services in permanent supportive housing settings. This position utilizes evidenced-based practices proven to be effective with tenants who have experienced homelessness and have a history of chronic health, mental health, and/or co-occurring conditions. Such services include providing linkages to the community, crisis intervention, finding resources, providing therapeutic activities, and community integration, and community development within the apartment community.
