The Regional Property Manager for Affordable Housing, specializing in HUD and Tax Credit properties, is responsible for overseeing the management, operations, and leasing activities of multiple properties within the affordable housing sector.
Resident Manager – Scattered Sites
The Resident Manager will be responsible for the residential property management of a 40 unit affordable and supportive housing development located on the westside of Los Angeles in Venice, CA.
Compliance Specialist
The Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance with all regulatory agreements, affordable housing agency guidelines, investor requirements, and internal policies and procedures.
Director of Development & Communications
The Director of Development and Communications (DODC) works to build and maintain relationships with current and prospective donors, government funders, key partners and collaborators, and the general public.
Associate Director of Housing Development
The Associate Director of Housing Development, under the general direction of the Senior Director of Housing Development, is responsible for the overall creation of VCH’s affordable and supportive housing developments and providing support and oversight on housing development projects.
