Case Manager (ICMS)
The Case Manager offers intensive supportive services in a permanent supportive housing setting for individuals who have experienced chronic homelessness. This position utilizes evidenced based practices proven to be effective with tenants who have experienced homelessness and have a history of chronic health, mental health, and/or co-occurring conditions.
Maintenance Worker
The Maintenance Worker reports directly to the Director of Property Management and is part of a four-person team in the Maintenance Department.
Regional Property Manager
The Regional Property Manager for Affordable Housing, specializing in HUD and Tax Credit properties, is responsible for overseeing the management, operations, and leasing activities of multiple properties within the affordable housing sector.
Director of Property Management
The Director of Property Management is responsible for onsite operations and fiscal, physical and regulatory compliance for all VCH properties.
